Shop Fabrication

We run CNC routers for complex repeatable profiles and five-axis cutters for compound shapes. Panel saws and miter systems are calibrated daily with digital readouts that hold repeatable lengths to plus or minus 0.005 inches. For ornate profiles, we refine details by hand with chisels and micro-planes and sand to a uniform 220 to 320 grit depending on finish type. On-Site Installation

On site, we measure rooms to the nearest 1/16 inch, verify wall flatness and stud locations, and address any minor drywall or substrate repairs before cutting begins. Fastening uses finish nails into studs combined with adhesive for full-contact profiles and concealed screws where additional reinforcement is needed. Nail holes are filled with color-matched putty and finish-sanded for a clean seam throughout.
